• Rent One Month in Advance
• Changes to tenancy £50 inc. VAT plus Landlords Reasonable Costs
• Early termination charge Landlords Reasonable Costs
• Late payment of rent 3% Above Bank of England Base Rate Chargeable after 14 days overdue.
• Replacement keys Costs as per the Evidence Supplied.
• Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc Payable by Tenants
• Client Money Protection Scheme Membership details SafeAgent
